SNAP Cymru has worked with families and professionals in schools, education, health and social care to help ensure that children and young people's needs are identified, assessed and provision made to help them reach their potential and be fully included.
Listening to Children – Staff and volunteers work with families and professionals, supporting children and young people to participate in planning and decision making which affects them, advocating where appropriate.
Giving Families a Voice - SNAP Cymru raise awareness of issues related to SEN, Disability, and other barriers to inclusion including: exclusion from school and education, disengagement from education, employment or training, poverty, deprivation, English or Welsh as a second language.
