'Supporting children and their families through toileting troubles'.
The Continence Support Project has been established to support children across Monmouthshire who have been identified by their Health Visitor, School Nurse, Teacher or Parent/ Carer as having delayed continence or constipation troubles. We will offer support for you and your child on a one-to-one basis in your home or at one of our clinics depending on the pathway that we recommend. We can also offer support and guidance on medication for constipation prescribed and in liaison with the GP.
For more information for guidance with the referral process please contact Kerry Sainsbury (Continence Support Advisor) on 01873 856162.
Please note; anyone can complete a referral to the project with parent/ carer consent using Monmouthshire Acorn Project Referral Form (available here).
