From finding out what's going on in your local area to help dealing with a tricky situation, MEIC will listen when no-one else will. Meic will give you quality information, useful advice and the support you need to make a change.

Grandparents Plus

Grandparents Plus is the national charity which champions the vital role of grandparents and the wider family in children's lives - especially when they take on the caring role in difficult family circumstances.
If you are a grandparent raising your grandchild, or another family member bringing up a child who is not your own, thinking about taking on the care of a relative's or friend's child in the future, are the legal guardian of a child or need information and advice on welfare benefits or what other support is available to you, then contact Grandparents Plus.

Family Lives

Support for all aspects of family life including stages of a child’s development, issues with schools and parenting/relationship support.
Family Lives can also help when life becomes complicated and provide support around family breakdown, aggression in the home, bullying at school, teenage risky behaviour and mental health concerns of both parents and their children.

ERIC is a national charity that supports children with continence problems and campaigns for better childhood continence care.
ERIC works to improve the quality of life of children, young people and their families in the UK who suffer from the consequences of wetting and soiling difficulties, to help them manage or overcome these problems. No child or young person should suffer unnecessarily because of a wetting or soiling problem. 

Child Death Helpline

The Child Death Helpline aims to provide a quality freephone service to anyone affected by the death of a child of any age. Callers to the helpline might be parents, grandparents, siblings, other family members, friends or involved professionals.

CHICKS Respite Care

CHICKS provide week long respite breaks for disadvantaged children from across the UK, who would not otherwise have a break in that year.
The children CHICKS support come from a variety of backgrounds – those living in poverty, children that are being neglected or abused, either mentally, physically or sexually, children who have lost parents or even children who are full time young carers.

Care for the Family is a national charity which aims to promote strong family life and to help those who face family difficulties.
Care for the Family is a registered charity and has been working to strengthen family life since 1988. The aim is to promote strong family relationships and to help those who face family difficulties.
Care for the Family provides parenting support, marriage support, bereavement support and other support for the family.
